Responsibilities:
Strong Technical Partnership:
Establishes working relationships with:
JDS and AIM colleagues in UK (Bournemouth ,London and Sydney)
CP Operate Production Support teams
Database Analysts (DBA)
Infrastructure Support Team (IST/SA)
Application Development teams
GTI (specifically groups that interface with CP)
Strong Business Partnership:
CP Clients, including IB Operations groups
All LOB functional groups who interface to CP
Client Relationship Management:
Clearly understands client’s business he/she is responsible for and recommends, provides, and supports application service that best fit client’s current and future needs
Communicates status with end users at all times
Take end to end responsibility for client issues
Incident Resolution:
Acts as the first point of support for application incidents
Receives and logs calls from clients using appropriate processes, procedures and technology
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves application infrastructure problems through research and analysis of trends and root causes
Develops and utilizes appropriate tools to perform work
Track incidents and identify repeating or duplicate issues.
Highlights functionality issues to Business Analyst and the plan team
