Job Description:

Role: Sr. Associate, Platform (Core Java)/Technical Lead

Experience Guidelines: 4-8 yrs

1. Skills required: Core Java technologies.

-Experience with JDBC, Multi-threading, Java 5
- Experience with message processing/streaming desirable
- Experience with performance tuning Java-based applications desirable
- Experience with JPROBE or JPROFILER, JUNIT a plus
- Database programming skills in Oracle a plus
- Experience with JMX a plus.

2. Proficient in UML, OOAD.

3. An experience providing a vision of the total solution, managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common visio Understanding of the project life cycle
