We have an urgent opening with Dell - Bangalore for Remedy professionals

Software Developer in a Dell IT team oriented on implemention of the tools that will enable best in class Service Management capability for Dell. Role will include focus on solution development, design and implementation, requirements gathering and analysis, application design, code development, system documentation and training.

Technical skills must include systems integration, database design and development based on the BMC Remedy ARS 7.1 platform.

Deliver design & development specifications based on Requirements Analysis.

ARS based System troubleshooting.

BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.0 (proficient in configuring & maintaining at least one of the modules end to end).

Configuration and integration with Remedy Atrium CMDB.

Working knowledge in at least one of these: .Net, Perl, Shell, VB Scripting, Remedy API, Remedy Web Service, Web Logic).

Working knowledge of relational databases (prefer Oracle) & experience in Oracle SQL programming.

Ability to work with internal business customers to define business requirements and translate same into system-level requirements.

Familiarity with Business Objects reporting tools.

Familiarity with IT management tools (preferred BMC Patrol).

Minimum of 2 years programming experience with ARS related applications.

Knowledge of ITIL (ITIL Foundation v3.0 certified preferred).

Experience : 2--6 yrs
