Bank Guarantee:
Candidate needs to submit the bank guarantee for 2 years.
In order for ebusinessware to initiate the H1 filling process the candidate has to provide a Bank Guarantee of 85,000 which would be valid for a total period of 24 months.
This would be a simple Bank Guarantee wherein the pledged amount will remain in your own account but would be held by ebusinessware to safeguard its own interest as the organization will be investing heavily on every candidate.
Ebusinessware requests this Bank Guarantee, as the company would be investing a considerable sum on the following process:
