Required skills:

The ideal candidate should have:

A) Strong Java and Oracle 9i programming skills
B) Must have handled enterprise- Sforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
C) Awareness of APEX code, Triggers, Workflows and Approvals in Salesforce.com, s-controls
D) Must have atleast one cycle of enterprise application integration in a team environment
E) Salesforce integration tools and connectors or atleast experience with connectors for other products
F) Ability to lead teams, mentor team members
G) Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and client interfacing skills
